Aim was to drive continuous learning, skill development, and collaboration through interactive contests, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing, while celebrating employee achievements. I designed an intuitive, engaging platform that enhances user experience, encourages seamless participation, and fosters a strong learning community within the organisation. Focus was on aligning the platform with user needs to boost engagement and knowledge sharing.
